Dignity Action Day - Burntwood
Burntwood Hall Care Centre is taking part in Dignity Action Day on 25th February this year. Dignity Action Day gives everyone the opportunity to contribute to upholding people's rights to dignity and provide a truly memorable day for people receiving care.
For this day we have invited a local professional photographer to Burntwood Hall to take family portraits. We have made this opportunity available to residents, families, staff and friends. This is a wonderful opportunity for our residents to be the centre of attention and bring all their family together – in some cases up to 4 generations - to seal the moment for the future.
Sandra Ford from Ryhill has kindly agreed to come into our home and help us to make this happen. Slightly different to Sandra’s usual studio environment Burntwood Hall, graded as 2 Star-Good, by Care Quality Commission has a extensive period features that will give these photos added character and charm. Anyone interested in taking part or becoming part of the Burntwood Hall volunteers team please contact Angie Lowrey- Home Manager on 01226 780222.
